The Motability Operations graduate scheme has given me an opportunity to try a series of roles and gain a breadth of experience across the business.
<BR><BR>
Under the guidance of a director and senior management, the trust to enter different departments, perform valuable roles, and take on real responsibility has made my first year both exciting and challenging.
<BR><BR>
I have already been involved in setting up an internal IT project, worked on communications within the business and am currently part of a team delivering the seminars to our dealer network.
<BR><BR>
In every role, the exposure to the wider business has been incredible.
<BR><BR>
If you are looking for a positive, can do company that supports you to reach your full potential, this is it.

Motability Operations provides Graduates with the opportunity to work in a variety of departments under a range of management styles – an opportunity that is unique in todays job market and one that I couldn’t wait to experience.
<BR><BR>
Starting your first job straight out of University can be a daunting experience – but the Graduate Programme induction period provides a perfect introduction to the company, giving graduates time to settle into a new routine and meet people from all areas of the business.
<BR><BR>
To date, I have worked in Legal Services, Human Resources and Business Systems (IT) and each of these departments have allowed me to develop new skills. No two days have been the same: from researching and presenting changes in employment law, to conducting interviews or experiencing the day to day challenges of working on a high profile project – you’re constantly kept on your toes and are always learning.
<BR><BR>
Having the opportunity to meet customers and dealers at Motability’s “One Big Day” events really helped me understand why everyone is so passionate about what they do. I believe it is this customer focus that has inspired and influenced the friendly company culture that makes MO such an enjoyable environment to work in.
<BR><BR>
I would thoroughly recommend the Graduate scheme at Motabilty Operations to anyone who is interested in experiencing a number of roles and having the opportunity to work with a number of very interesting and inspiring people.

The Motability Operations’ Graduate Programme provides an ideal platform on which to build a successful career.
<BR><BR>
The prospect of a flexible experience tailored to meet my areas of interest and development made this graduate programme an obvious choice.
<BR><BR>
The structure of the programme ensures that advice and support is always available, particularly through the support provided by your sponsor. The importance of the sponsor meetings cannot be underestimated – it has helped me identify my development areas and plan ahead for my long term career at MO.
<BR><BR>
As an employee on the MO Graduate Programme, you are encouraged, and indeed expected, to make a real impact during your placements and add value to the company.
<BR><BR>
I am currently undertaking a placement within the Online Sales department based in Bristol. The placement involves working closely with our line managers and senior managers to undertake an in-depth review of the active buyer base of Mfldirect dealerships.
<BR><BR>
It has been an invaluable opportunity to work closely alongside a number of high performing managers and learn from a variety of management styles.
<BR><BR>
Motability Operations’ has a fantastic company culture. Employees at all levels of the organisation are motivated and engaged. Managers within the business are approachable and continually seek to drive the success of the company for the benefit of the customer.
<BR><BR>
I would absolutely recommend this graduate programme to anyone who wishes to experience genuine opportunities for career progression, structured one-to-one mentoring and ultimately a great place to learn.

The opportunity to work for a commercial organisation so pivotal to the UK car industry where the primary focus is delivering excellent customer service is what drove my initial interest in the Motability Operations graduate programme.
<BR><BR>
The induction period provides the opportunity to gain an insight into various departments and meet so many different people from across the business.
<BR><BR>
My first placement was in the Online Sales department in Bristol. I had real responsibility working on a live project but also balanced this with a challenging day to day role within the Post Sales Team. The opportunity to present my findings and proposals back to senior management and see the changes implemented during this placement gave me a huge sense of satisfaction.
<BR><BR>
My current placement in Manufacturer Relations is proving to be a challenging yet rewarding experience. My role as an Account Manager involves managing the day to day relationship with six manufacturers along with the goal of achieving a consistent pricing agreement (on a quarterly basis) with my manufacturers. This has helped me understand the rational behind our pricing strategies and provided the opportunity to interact and engage at senior management level with manufacturers.
<BR><BR>
As part of the Graduate Programme, we have also had the opportunity to present to the CEO and HR director which was a fantastic experience (and great exposure) so early on in the programme.
<BR><BR>
I would recommend the graduate programme to anyone looking for diverse experience within a growing business and those willing to embrace responsibility from the outset.
