Selection process

If your application meets our requirements, the next stage will be a shortlisting interview. 

If we think you’d be a good fit in our company, we will invite you to an assessment centre, which will be held in either our Bristol or London offices.  The assessment centres will involve you participating in a number of exercises.  Further details will be provided at that stage.  If you are successful at the assessment centre, the final stage will be an interview held with two of our senior business leaders.
