The deadline for the 2009 Graduate Programme intake is 27th February 2009.  We are now accepting applications. 

Application advice:

• Ensure you have read all relevant information on our website
• Be sure of the reasons why you want to apply for a role at Motability Operations before completing the application form
• Based on your research, ensure you demonstrate in your answers the skills and attributes that we are looking for
• Draft your answers first before submitting a final version
• Ensure that the answers to your questions are well thought out and provide us with information that will help us to make an informed decision about you as an individual
• Check your spelling and grammar
• Get a friend or colleague to read your answers before submitting to us

Selection process

If your application meets our requirements, the next stage will be a shortlisting interview.  If we think you’d be a good fit in our company, we will invite you to an assessment centre, which will be held in our London office.  The assessment centres will involve you participating in a number of exercises.  Further details will be provided at that stage.  If you are successful at the assessment centre, the final stage will be an interview held with two of our senior business leaders.
