If you are serious about applying for our Graduate Programme, you'll probably have a few questions you'd like to ask. To save you some time, here's a selection of the frequently asked questions we've received, along with our responses.
- Q: How much are graduates paid during the programme?
A: Graduates receive a competitive salary of £28,500 during the programme as well as a signing-on award of £2,000. In addition to your salary you will receive a 15% non-contributory pension, private health cover, 26 days holiday and life assurance, all of which are part of our flexible benefits package.
- Q: How long does it take someone to complete your programme?
A: You will join us on a permanent contract however the graduate programme itself lasts for 12 months in total. This combines a six week induction period with placements across the business. Where you go at the end of the programme is up to you.
- Q: Where does the programme take place?
A: You may be based in London or Bristol.
- Q: What are the working hours? Will graduates be expected to work or study after hours at home?
A: Working hours are generally 9am to 5pm. We encourage our graduates to be conscientious to get the most out of the programme, but no formal after hours study is set.
- Q: Can graduates move between departments?
A: Yes, in fact we encourage it. Graduates will spend a period of time working in different departments, depending on their needs and those of the company.
- Q: What if a graduate is considering further study in a few years' time? Might the company provide sponsorship?
A: Sponsorship of further education is provided for individuals if the study is relevant and will add value to the business.
- Q: How should candidates apply?

- Q: When should they apply?
A: We will commence accepting applications for our 2011 Graduate Programme in September 2010.
- Q: What's the application process?
A: Should your application meet our requirements, the next stage will be a short-listing interview. Then, if we think you're suitable, we'll invite you to our London assessment centre. If successful, the final stage will be a face-to-face panel interview with two of our directors.
- Q: When do successful applicants start the programme?
A: Further details will be announced in September 2010.
- Q: I'm on a work permit, can I still apply for the graduate programme?
A: We are happy to accept applications from non-EU nationals. Please ensure you complete the application form with full details of your current work permit.
