Motability Operations wins award for dealer partnership
Motability Operations were delighted to win the prestigious 'Industry Excellence
Award' at the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2008. The award recognises the
contribution of the Motability Dealer Partnership (MDP) and our dealer training
programme to raising professionalism within the motor trade. The partnership
and training programme manage the relationship with our 4,500 nationwide dealer
partners, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently good level of
customer service.
The Motor Trader Awards were established 18 years ago and aim to recognise
and reward excellence and innovation in and around the Motor Trade.
The award judges work to identify the best-of-the-best from hundreds of
nominees. These awards are one of the biggest events in the automotive
retailing calendar with over 1,300 professionals from right across the
industry in attendance.
