Motability Operations scores a hat-trick of Customer Service awards  

Not one, not two, but a hat-trick of awards for outstanding customer service, means Motability Operations is giving some of the best known call centres in the UK a run for their money.

The Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service Awards are the UK’s biggest ever call centre benchmarking exercise to recognise first class customer service.

Motability Operations took first place in the Public Services category and Best Newcomer category and achieved second place in the highly coveted overall Top 50 rating. The Awards were judged through a combination of written submissions and a mystery shopping exercise where we scored a fantastic 93.7 per cent satisfaction.

These awards reinforce the high quality of service we offer our customers through our UK based call centre. When customers call Motability, they reach a real person straight away as there is no automated answering system (other than the legally required message explaining that calls may be recorded) or complicated menu options to choose from. We also aim to offer a solution to almost all queries in one call.

The UK’s biggest ever call centre benchmarking exercise, conducted by independent market research company GfK Mystery Shopping, was commissioned by the UK’s Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service, a programme organised by Call Centre Focus magazine, to raise customer service standards in the call centre industry.
