Neil Johnson OBE, Chairman
Neil Johnson was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in August
2001. Neil is currently also Chairman of Hornby Plc and Cybit Holding Plc. Neil also sits on the boards of a number of private companies
and trusts.

Mike Betts, Chief Executive
Mike Betts joined Motability Operations’ executive team in
June 2002 and was appointed to the position of CEO in September 2003. Mike is responsible for formulating strategy and driving the
performance of all aspects of the business. Under Mike’s leadership Motability Operations has achieved significant growth and outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Motability Operations, Mike spent ten years with Dial Contracts Limited,
the last three as Managing Director, successfully leading the UK element of the sale of Dial to ABN AMRO Lease Holdings and subsequent
merger.

David Gilman, Chief Financial Officer
David Gilman has been Motability Operations’
Executive Finance Director since 2003. David is responsible for the effective management and governance of the company’s financial resources. Before joining Motability Operations, David was Head of Finance, UK Commercial and Corporate Banking at HSBC Bank
plc, with responsibility for the financial management of all HSBC’s UK business and corporate banking.

Ashley Sylvester, Operations Director
Ashley Sylvester was appointed Operations
Director in June 2006 having previously held the position of Asset and Pricing Director since 2003. He is responsible for management of
all aspects of the vehicle fleet, from purchase, throughout “in life” management, through to eventual vehicle disposal. Ashley leads all
elements of fleet processes, including purchasing approximately 175,000 cars per year. Before joining Motability Operations, Ashley was
Risk Director at LeasePlan UK.

Ian Goswell, Commercial Services Director
Ian Goswell has been Commercial Services
Director since 2004, with responsibility for all aspects of customer services, customer support and dealer relations. Ian is also
responsible for increasing the Scheme’s penetration into potential new markets, along with all other aspects of marketing and
communications for Motability Operations. Ian has extensive experience of the vehicle leasing industry and previously held the position
of Commercial Director at LeasePlan UK and Executive Director at Dial UK for seven years.

Anne Downey, Human Resources Director
Anne Downey was appointed Human Resources
Director in 2004, having joined Motability Operations in 1997. Anne is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation
of the company’s people strategy, and has direct responsibility for development of people policy practices and services. Prior to joining
Motability Operations, Anne was employed at ESSO Petroleum for 10 years where latterly she was HR Manager for the UK Head Office.

Jeff Smyth, Business Systems Director
Jeff Smyth has been on the Motability Operations
Board since 2004, having joined the business in 1999. Jeff is responsible for ensuring the company has robust and relevant information
systems and Information Technology services. Jeff has extensive experience in information systems gained as a director, manager and
consultant. Prior to joining Motability Operations, Jeff worked at Vivendi UK, where he was Group Head of Information Technology.

Jo Pentland, Company Secretary
Jo Pentland was appointed Motability Operations’ Company
Secretary in 1995. Jo is a qualified Chartered Secretary and her prime role is to ensure that the company satisfies its statutory duties
including summoning Director and Shareholder meetings and ensuring proceedings are properly recorded, and responsibility for the
Corporate Governance of the company. Prior to joining Motability Operations Jo was Company Secretary at Dial Contracts Limited.
