Motability Operations is a private business that specialises in sourcing and delivering motoring services to disabled people.

Our commitment to our responsibilities within the wider community takes a number of different forms and is reflected in our values and behaviours as an employer.

Wherever possible we build ongoing relationships with charitable organisations whose objectives are in harmony with our activities.

We also support Children in Need, Jeans for Genes and Comic Relief annually. And on an individual basis, Motability Operations employees regularly take part in charity fundraising projects.

Motability Operations regularly recycle office waste, such as paper. In addition, our arrangement with our stationery supplier to collect, re-manufacture, and re-sell toner cartridges means a payment for each cartridge goes to charity.
