Our Awards
Motability Operations has been delighted to
receive a range of awards in recent years recognising both the company’s focus
on customer service and its organisational culture.
- Our
Dealer Relations department won the Industry Excellence Award
at the 2008 Motor Trader Awards in recognition of the
Motability Dealer Partnership and dealer training programme.
- In
2007 the company gained recognition as one of the UK’s top companies to work for
(48th in the Times Top One Hundred Companies to Work For,
2007) and two-star accreditation with Best Companies.
- We
also gained a double success at the 2007
Employers Forum 'Benchmark for Action' awards, receiving both the
Diamond Award for 'Vision and Commitment on Disability', and being
rated second out of 116 companies who took part in the Disability
Standard.

Our Customer Solutions Team (CST) beat stiff competition to scoop the
Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year award at the 2007 National
Customer Services Awards. The National Customer Service awards celebrate the
effect and impact of excellent Customer service on the Consumer and Businesses.

Mobilise, a national organisation representing 22,000 disabled motorists,
awarded Motability Operations its prestigious Redex Trophy, in
recognition of outstanding customer service. The Redex Trophy is presented to an
organisation that delivers outstanding work for all disabled people.
- Our
work providing specialist insurance support for almost half a million drivers
has been recognised with several awards including the Road Safety in the
Community Fleet Safety Forum Award for Excellence 2007, and
Best Risk Financing Programme of the Year 2007.
- Our
Bristol and London HR team have twice been awarded the title of 'Best HR
Team' in the category of mid-sized companies and overall winner in 2008
as part of Personnel Today's 'Best Places to Work in HR Awards', in association
with Courtenay HR.
