- Be sure of the reasons why you want to apply for the Scholarship Programme at Motability Operations before completing the application form.
- Based on your research, ensure you demonstrate in your answers the skills and attributes that we are looking for.
- Draft your answers first before submitting a final version.
- Ensure that the answers to your questions are well thought out and provide us with information that will help us to make an informed decision about you as an individual.
- Check your spelling and grammar – you want to make the best first impression you can.
- Get a friend or colleague to read your answers before submitting to us.
Selection Process
If we are interested in what you have told us on your application form, and we think you would be a good fit for our Scholarship Programme, we will invite you to a telephone interview. If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. This will be the final stage, after which a decision will be made.
The assessment centre will involve a panel interview with two senior managers and you will be required to give a presentation based on a case study given to you on the day.
