Employee engagement

Each year, we carry out an independent review of our business culture. We have consistently outperformed other organisations rated as ‘high-performing’.

One of the ways that we achieve this high level of employee engagement is by encouraging our employees to become involved in a variety of different areas, including:

  • Attending committees looking at various aspects of the business e.g. supplier management and customer initiatives
  • Contributing to employee forums
  • Identifying ways to support local community initiatives

  • Generating ideas for the employee magazine.
