Why join the Graduate Programme

In depth experience of our company

We know that successful graduates are always looking for new opportunities and challenges, so we have designed a programme that will enable you to work in a variety of departments and on a range of projects meaning there will always be a new opportunity for you to add value and the chance to get involved in something that will help shape your career.

As part of your induction, you'll spend time with each of our departments giving you the opportunity to really understand how we operate and to build relationships that will be vital during your career at Motability Operations.

After your induction, you’ll start the first of your placements. Typically you will have three placements in total, each one lasting about six months and taking you between our London and Bristol offices. In each placement you could be supporting or leading the delivery of a project or working in a role that is critical to our business, giving you responsibilities and the opportunity to make real business decisions. While you’re with us, you’ll get to work with a variety of people including Contact Centre advisors, technical specialists and senior directors, helping you to lay the foundations for a successful long term career with the company.
