If you’re application to lease a Family Fund Mobility Support vehicle is successful, we will send you an email with all the information you need to place your application, including the details of nearby dealerships that you may want to contact.

What vehicles can I choose from?

If your application to lease a Family Fund Mobility Support vehicle is successful, we will contact you with details of the vehicles that you can choose from.

Please note that our priority is getting you mobile quickly, so the exact model depends on stock availability and suitability. Due to ongoing challenges in the motoring industry, some car models may take longer to be delivered than others, so please consider all available options to ensure you are made mobile as quickly as possible. Your dealer will explain the full specification and details for the cars available to you.

Can I add optional extras to the vehicle?

Yes, you can add optional extras to the vehicle, but you will need to cover the costs for these. If you choose to add optional extras these will be invoiced to you separately by the dealer and are payable to them on or before the day of collection.

How many named drivers can I have on my insurance?

Up to three named drivers are included as part of your lease; these can be yourself, friends, family or carers. Two named drivers can be nominated when you place your application, then if you require a third driver during your lease, they can be added by contacting RSA on 0300 037 3737 and asking for the Underwriting team.

I have changed address since placing my order – what should I do?

If you wish to update your details, including your address or contact information, please email our Family Fund Mobility Support Account managers at or call 0300 037 9950.
