We’re also working hard to address the issue of pay gaps across our business. Our managers benefit from diversity and inclusion training, and we’ve created four Diversity and Inclusion Networking Groups that provide a two-way forum for discussion and ideas.

We launched our employee survey just as the UK went into the first Covid-19 lockdown. Employee feedback on our Supportive Culture has always been strong and we were delighted to see this improve even further as we supported our people through this uncertain period.
Support for our company values continues to be exceptionally strong with 96% of our employees telling us that they understand their importance and how are values are the bedrock to our great company culture.
At a time of uncertainty, we were delighted to receive feedback from 92% of employees that they felt the leadership within MO was strong and establishing clear priorities for the future.
