What can you expect from an Apprenticeship?

  • Our Apprenticeships usually last for 15-months and are advertised at various times throughout the year.
  • Our Apprenticeship scheme offers a whole host of opportunities with roles available in Finance, Risk, Dealer Services, and our Customer Contact Centre.
  • The qualifications vary but will be relevant to the role you apply for, usually at a minimum of Level 2 standard.
  • 20% of your course will be ‘off the job’ training
  • We work with various colleges, training providers and educational establishments across the UK so we will ensure you are supported, educated, and guided by industry professionals throughout your course.
  • You’ll have regular meetings with a dedicated Assessor or Training Advisor who will work with you to achieve milestones and complete assignments.
