Even though we’re a private company, we don’t pay shareholder dividends. Instead, all our profits go towards supporting customers and providing solutions for disabled people. Our whole business is dedicated to providing outstanding service and value, while ensuring the Scheme’s longevity and stability.

Our business model

We focus on affordable, worry-free motoring. This means securing a good range of vehicles at the lowest possible prices, while investing in real service improvements, such as subsidies for adaptations and conversions. We always plan carefully to make sure our customers are shielded from economic impact.

Our investors and corporate structure

We’re funded through a combination of capital market bonds and bank finance. A key guiding principle is our strategic intent to ensure the Scheme's long-term sustainability. With this in mind, we have developed a competitive and diverse borrowing profile, with appropriately laddered maturity - ensuring we maintain adequate liquidity to meet current and projected future needs.

We recognise the importance of developing the trust and confidence of our investors, so we work to nurture long-term partnerships and remain open and transparent in our communications with investors and potential investors.

We have developed a Social Bond Framework under which we can raise debt to support the financing and refinancing of activities of a social nature, supporting the company’s purpose of providing customers with access to affordable, worry-free mobility.
